What wax do you use?

We use a custom blend of soy wax and coconut wax - all natural, sustainable, vegan and non-toxic. Great for long-lasting burn time from our candles.

Can I reschedule my appointment or class?

Yes! We understand things happen. You are allowed to reschedule your booking one time with advance notice. Your payment will be applied to your new date. Must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We do charge a $25 fee to reschedule if canceled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel my booking?

No, all bookings are non-refundable. Once your reservation is secured, we do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes, bookings are transferable. You may send someone in your place just notify us in advance with their name.
